Great experience. Jim and Rusty are just regular guys doing general auto repair. They specialize in front end work, brakes tires shocks and struts. Tires aren't rocket science but these guys road test all vehicles upon request and take care of you like family. I think they do oil too, but I like to do that myself.

Everything was perfect. Great work and great to work with. Would not hesitate to go there for anything else.

Order tires on Wednesday and scheduled to be installed first thing Friday morning. Well running a business things change fast, and I didn't get to his job until noonish. He had his guys jump right on my trailer only to find out rims and tires were all mismatched and they couldn't do the work. Cant remember the guys name, but he quickly came up with a solution and told me he would do whatever he could to get trailer done and he would give me a call. He was able to find a matching rim have delivered and 4 different tires than originally ordered and was able to get the job done in less than 24 hrs abling me to get the guys back to work. Jim and his guys are great, they understand customer service, which is hard to find now a days. This wasn't the first time I shopped for tires there and having 3, 6 wheel dump trucks, I will certainly be back. They are way better than those big chain stores, they care about their customers and their needs and do everything possible to accommodate those needs. I feel like I am respected and that they care, I can't say enough good things about jim and his guys. It means a lot to me as a small business owner myself. Thank you very much jim. Dan the LawnMan

The experience and service were great.

I came in wanting new tires for my sports car. He came up with a choice of 3 based on my budget and driving style. I picked the best looking ones from a catalog. I priced them online and his estimate was in line with the lowest I could find - so I committed to buying the tires there.
He ordered the tires and they were in a few days later. When they were putting the tires on they found the rims were quite dented (my parallel parking skills leave something to be desired). They could not guarantee the tires would perform well with the rims in that shape. They recommended grinding them to get them even. That took most of the morning, so I left and came back. When I arrived my car was in the lot looking a lot younger than its 15+ years.

They are excellent and I trust them with my life.

I pretty much knew that I needed new axles. I thought the tires were dangerous, but my husband wanted to try to get a few more months out of them (I'm the one who drives the car). We went to an auto parts store, talked with them about the labor involved to replace axles, and decided to have a pro do it. Schlott told me to bring the car in the next day and gave me an estimate. When we brought the car in we added an oil change to the work order. They called us a couple of hours later to say that the tires were dangerously worn and should be replaced immediately. I agreed; we revised the estimates. That afternoon they called that it was all done, on budget.
