Fred Ready came out the next day after my initial phone call. He provided an estimate on the spot. We gave him our deposit and in 3 weeks and 2 days the awning was installed. It looks wonderful and it's a quality job. Fred is so easy to work with, seems very honest and likeable. A great experience overall -- highly recommended. I really don't know if his was the best price, but we were happy to go with him even without shopping around.
