MODERN AUTO GLASS

My automobile insurance covered the windshield damage 100% and they provided me with a short list of local auto glass service vendors. After visiting a couple but found the atmosphere unappealing, then decided to stop into Modern Auto Glass in Tewksbury and was immediately impressed with the atmosphere. Their premises was professionally landscaped, very clean and inviting building, office etc. I was able to get the date and time frame I wanted, dropped off the car (felt they did not have to come to my home ...which they would have done) and within 4 hours they called me back to pick it up. Found the personnel there very friendly and courteous. Glad I took a little time to visit a few places before deciding on them.

My wife had a ding on her car's windshield. I called them and was told we need to file a report with the insurer first. So I did that and called them back. They came out the next day. The technician told me that the crack is too big and with the air bubble in the middle, it couldn't be repaired to satisfaction. He's very helpful in explaining the details. We called the insurer again to update the status to full replacement. Modern Auto Glass was again very quick to schedule the mobile service (it's done in my company's parking lot). It took no more than 40 minutes for the technician to finish the work. Gllas is new again! Very happy with the work quality and speed.
