 + -1 moreI used Macomber Construction to finish our 1600 sq foot basement. The owner came first to see the space and produced a rough arcitechtural sketch and itemized estimate and timeline. I had to do very little except approve the design and materials as they were presented to me. This included colors, type so tile and carpet, lighting, and built-in placement. It was important that the quality of the construction matched the quality of the remainder of the house. Although the project took about a month more than originally estimated, the price targets were correct and I am very pleased with the outcome. If I had any question or concerns during the process, the owner was always easily reached by phone or email. I plan on adding a sunroom in the next couple of years and would them again.
