Beware!! Very poor experience. The owner Mark seemed nice and responded quickly but beyond that, the whole thing was shady. He quoted a very low price (we should’ve been suspicious), then pulled a bait and switch and tacked on $150 when the job started two hours later. He said there was damage that he didn’t see earlier, which was fishy because the most damaged part was definitely visible when he came to give a quote. We negotiated an increase of only $100 by paying cash. Then the job was done in a scant 45 minutes. The driveway looked better than before but it was not a thorough job. He didn’t power wash first and the coating did not reach all the edges and corners of the driveway. One week later a hole opened up in the seal coat. We asked Mark to come back to fix it. He said he would but then gave multiple excuses as to why he couldn’t do it. Finally he flat out lied and said his equipment was broken and in the shop. It was clearly a lie as the same day he told a friend he could do their job right away. I have since seen other reviews where he said he’d come back to fix a problem before ultimately ghosting the clients. What a crummy way to run a business.

Did a fair job sealing cracks, seal coating driveway, and repairing small pot hole. Did a bad job repairing both low spots at bottom of driveway. Did not hot tar over asphalt in low spots (just edges) and used poor quality asphalt. Called numerous times and left messages for Mark Bianco letting him know that I wanted him to come back over to hot tar over both asphalt repairs and was concerned about the softness of the asphalt that he used in which he did not return my calls. I finally tracked him down and he said that he would come out to fix the asphalt Friday, July 1 and never heard from him. Tracked him down again and we confirmed a time for him to come out and never showed. Tried to call him after and would not answer his phone. After 3 weeks and writing Mark off,  I tried to drive straight over asphalt patches, they pushed out and ended up destroyed.

I ended up using Superior Paving to fix bottom of driveway properly.
