Both exterior and interior paint jobs were done well. Also, the imperfections on dry walls were smoothened out before application of new paint.

360 Painting is highly professional. Glen & Sandy have excellent computer skills and therefore an excellent online site where all documents for your estimate/project including photos are available. It's a modern age!

Hired last year to paint 3 rooms. Windows painted shut. Paint on many spots on the ceiling. Broken light fixtures - acknowledged that they broke it and never replaced it.

"Christine, we did this job for you back in 2019. I am shocked to see this complaint. If you recall, I returned, with my wife, to take care of the very issues you mentioned on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at approximately 11:45 am. You told us to leave the paint, and we were asked to leave your house. You would not allow us to resolve these issues. As for the broken light fixture, I subsequently sent you a gift card from Home Depot so you could replace it. The crew that did the work in your house no longer works for me."

Glen Is a total pleasure to work with,and what a GREAT JOB ! His workers are wonderful with no complaints about missed spots.They forgot to do the inside door jamb,Glen sent someone back the next day to take care of it.I loved their work so much,I sent them to my Nieces house in Billerica,my Niece hired them to paint her house,and she loved the price and the job.Her neighbors commented about the work.Thank You 360 !!!!!!!! Very professional from start to finish. Addressed any concerns that I might of had. Friendly crew of professional painter's. Glenn returned when job was finished and personally inspected work making sure that I was satisfied. Will definitely use 360 painting for my next project.

I was very impressed with 360 Painting, owner Glenn and wife Sandy. I found them on Home Advisor, looking for someone to paint our very old and weathered exterior. Glenn came personally to do the assessment and provide a quote, and shared pictures of some other Victorians he had recently done. He also provided a first responder discount. They were able to get the project started a few weeks later, and completed the entire thing in FIVE DAYS while we were out of town (3 levels, 5 colors and full color change of the house). He also came by and did a final walk through in person, offering to change/touch up any areas we weren't happy with (there were none). We would absolutely use them again.

We recently had the entire interior of our newly purchased house painted by 360 Painting of Chelmsford. We were so happy with every step of the project. Glenn, the owner, measured every room in the house using his laser tool. His quote was based on the exact measurements and not on a rough- estimates. He put us in contact with a knowledgeable paint consultant who helped us select the right combination of colors for our house. He supervised his painting crew every step of the way and was in contact with us to let us know how things are going on daily basis. His crew did a great job and finished it ahead of schedule. At the end, we were very pleased and had a great experience working with Glenn and his wife. If you need a dependable, reasonable cost and professional painting done, I would not hesitate calling Glenn at 360 Painting of Chelmsford. Glen and Sandy make a fantastic team! I felt they were honest and reliable. 360 painting painted a small room in our 1850's farmhouse, including the ceiling, woodwork, doors and walls. They did a fabulous job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for interior painting.

Glenn and Sandy were awesome to work with! We hired them to paint a hall and great room in an old Victorian Library. They were outstanding to work with. They provided us with a color consultant to help guide us in selecting the right colors for the room which worked out perfectly. We were very impressed with their commitment and communication style. They gave us an approx. date to start and complete the project and they were spot on. If I called or emailed them they got right back to me. I highly recommend this company. I had a small bathroom painted. Glenn was quick to respond with an estimate, and had someone there to start soon after we agreed to hire him. Everything went downhill from there. Nothing was prepped, no drop cloths used. several runs, poor coverage, did not clean up enough after. I had paint splashes everywhere, including my shower glass. Glenn asked if we were happy with the outcome before he collected for the job, I told him about the problems, and he had someone back the next day to address them. There are still paint drops in places, including the seams in my shower glass that will never come out. I will not be using them again.

Glenn was extremely responsive and professional in all phases of the project. Pricing was straightforward and very fair. He personally checked in with his team (and us) before during and after the job. His team was fantastic and completed the job from start-to-finish within a week (and two days were lost to rain). We could not have been more pleased with the whole process and will recommend 360 Painting to friends and neighbors.
