Karl was outstanding - both knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Although we did not have a big job, he got us in ASAP and he took the time to explain what needed to happen. Personable, as well as efficient, we feel lucky to have found Karl through a friend. He also took the time to go to my neighbor's house while he was at our house, old fashioned service - how great and rare is that! Will travel - we live in Newton.

Called on Saturday for emergency service to fix the loss of electric in one room. Karl actually picked up the phone himself and was out to our house in 15 minutes!! All on a Sunny Saturday when no other electricians would return our calls (we made 15 other calls). Turned out well, and we are glad we found him. Karl was very nice, professional, took off his boots to enter house, checked out everything and fixed the problem. I highly recommend!
