The guy who helped me, our salesman, was incredible. He was very nice and didn't pressure me. I changed my mind at the last minute. I was going to get a RAV-4, but decided to get a van and he had no problem with it.

My sister and I went to Ira Toyota to have a ECM recall replaced. While there, My sister wanted some info on purchasing a new vehicle because she can no longer drive a standard. Mike Tucker was very pleased to help. Not once did he "push a purchase" on her. He, of course, wanted a buyer, and he gave my sister different scenario's to fit her budget. He was so nice, attentive and helpful that we decided that we definitely wanted to give him, and the whole Ira family of dealerships major kudos!! My sister left with a new truck and is very happy. When I'm ready to replace my car, I will be going to Ira. Every person we dealt with was more than courteous. Best experience we've ever had.

This was my first time going to a dealer in years for service work. I stopped using dealers years ago, due to be overcharged by a dealer service department (not this dealer). But, in this case, the type of work needed was one that a dealer would be much better doing, so I researched this on Angie I went here based on the Angies List reviews for Ira Tewksbury. They were able to take the car in the same day I called. The service dept. people were extremely friendly and professional. They called me at every step of the way to inform me of the work to let me know what they found, and the estimate for the work for my approval. There were no games or nonsense with this place. I knew going in that this work would be a bit complicated and costly, so the price was in the area I was expecting. When I picked up my minivan, they explained all the work in detail and let me know about some upcoming issues that I may have to deal with down the line. They brought my minivan out for me to the front. The service people were very easy to deal with and up front about everything. I plan on using this dealership again for repairs. They have earned my respect and trust.

They take care of their customers above and beyond the call. Their waiting rooms are very nice and plush. They have TV, food and whatever else like coffee and the whole nine yards to make you comfortable. They are open 7 days a week and with appointments. If I had to wish for a dealership, that would be it.

Ira Toyota's service department is great. They are very clean, and good with communication. They follow up well. It is quick to order parts, and they notify you when they arrive. I would use them again in the future.

They are very good. We make an appointment online and they are very good about letting us know if anything is wrong and get approval to fix it. They don't just do it and tell us later. They are very friendly and accommodating.
