it went ok at first but then with snow fall in feb2017 there was a leak, and very long icicles were seen, which were caused by intense heat loss through the roof. the representative of atlas (manuf of vented roof components) came out and reported that leak was caused by condensation, which in turn was caused by improper installation of vented roof foam sheets. he determined also that a number of venting components were not installed (such as soffit and chimney vents), the fascia board was improperly placed and the 3 new velux sky windows not installed with flashing as specified by velux for low slope roofs. a month of correspondence back and forth, but after 3-4wks no message was received and no correction has been made. total surface about 30 (?) squares, low pitch of about 3.
