They started with the outside and finished up in the attic of the place about 3 hours later. It was extremely thorough and very, very helpful and done with a great sense of humor, to boot. Could not have further exceeded the expectations or needs we had set out and spent the time to discuss and answer questions.
Highly recommended.
Due to his diligent inspection, he uncovered some very serious issues which would have cost us thousands of dollars had we purchased the house without knowing. As we did not purchase that house because of the issues found in his inspection, we will definitely hire him again for the next house we consider purchasing.
