Professional response by Curt to our inquiry and he provided us with a detailed and clear estimate. Work scheduled in a timely manner. Curt walked throug the work to be done with the crew and then we didn't see him again (actually we were surpised he didn't stop by to check on the workers/work and we didn't hear from him after the work was completed ... he was so professional we felt for sure he would as a good business practice. Guys that did the job were young and seemed to do a good job from what we say and know and we've had no problems with the work.
Since we had the work done we found some bills from electrical work done at our prior home about 3 years ago and were able to draw several price comparisons. Four Star's pricing ran about 30-40% more for similar items. Even the guys from FS that worked out our house said their "prices are high, but they are worth it".  I'd say their work is good and doing business with FS is acceptable (found COD a bit odd though) but their prices are high. I'd used them again for small work but will be sure to get other estimates before contracting them for anything major.

He installed it behind the electrical panel, and I didn't have time to see him put it in since I was watching my 2 kids at the time.  But, he was prompt, professional and after about 45 minutes he said it was all set and gave me a certificate.  The only drawback was that the warranty was only 1 year, which I found odd.

Not really much of a value at all. The part that was installed costs $50 on line and the tech who was very qualified and very efficient, did the work in about 15 minutes. The $315 value listed as the MSRP of the project was extremely misleading. Responsiveness and efficiency of the company is excellent. Just a misleading Big Deal.

Joey clearly explained the problem with the fan, he gave me options and pricing.  He arrived on time and was neat and clean during the job.

Came the day after I called, found the issue and fixed it right away.  Work looks good, and he even suggested a change to the way my wall switches control the outlet that improved the lighting situation in our home office.

They were good, I would just give them good. They were a little high priced but they were good. Overall give them an A because I might have to use them again and I don't want them to be mad at me. Their quality of service is good, excellent. Their responsiveness is excellent.

They ran into many difficulties (due to the poor wiring in our home) and worked quickly and efficiently to make sure everything was fixed.

The company's owner came out and provided a detailed estimate and a description of the work to be done.  The generator was installed on its own foundation and their electrician did the complete wiring.  The gas company was contacted to install a high pressure case line for the generator.  They also recommended a plumber to perform the final hook up of the gas line to the generator.  

About a year after installation the generator failed to start and they quickly came out and replace the faulty gas regulator which was covered under warranty.  

The people are professional and easy to work with.  I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a home generator.

The company is well run and very customer focused. They have come out very quickly when the generator stopped working during a power outage and repaired the unit. They are very professional and do a though job for both maintance and repairs.
