We perform all types of home services. We specialize in high quality window & door installation, roofing finish carpentry though we have crews that do everything from repair of rotted and damaged framing to roofing and everything in between.

We purchased a new condo in May 2006. The interior hadn't been painted, and we were referred to Eric Wiseman by a color consultant.
When we met with Eric we were impressed with his courtesy and consideration. He and his company painted the entire interior before we moved in. His work was meticulous. The interior looked wonderful. When we came to the house while they were working Eric would always take time to talk to us and explain how things were progressing.
After we moved in we noticed drafts and leakage around windows. Eric responded quickly and took care of the problems. A few years later our second story deck became loose. We called Eric and a new secure and much more attractive deck was installed. Last fall Eric and company replaced the ice and water shield, which had not been done properly when the house was built.
Over the years Eric has reponded quickly when problems have arisen. He explains everything that needs to be done and why. Eric has helped make our home secure and lovely. He is honest, trustworthy and has a wonderful positive attitude. Over the years we have come to consider him a good friend.
