Most professional company I have worked with- the movers worked very hard and we very careful with furniture being moved- very fair price - would hire again - they were terrific - thanks again

Everything went fantastic! Ken was super responsive to my calls/e-mails prior to the move. He called about 30 minutes before arriving which is something most places say they will do, but actually don't. Our stuff was held overnight and the next day he called a few times during the day to provide estimated delivery time updates (I had given him a window for delivery not a hard need time). Truck was unpacked super fast and everyone took great care of my stuff. No damage at all!

I contacted Mr. Dulong about moving my stuff, which comprised approximately 50 totes of heavy items (books, folders, binders, documents, electronics, etc.) plus book shelves/cabinets, bags of clothing and various other totes of random household goods, from my former apartment to my new home. He said he and another employee could handle the job and would meet me at the location on the day of the move. He showed up with Michael on time and ready to go. They both worked very fast and did not take any breaks. I was surprised at their efficiency, their speed, the care they took with some of the more delicate objects, and their friendliness. In less than 2 hours they had the truck loaded. We then departed to meet up at my new home to unload the truck as I drove the truck and they used their own vehicle. Given that traffic was heavy and the distance was around 35 miles, they made it pretty fast to my home. They were even faster unloading the truck and its contents into my home and at precisely the locations that I had specified where I wanted specific totes or items. I was extremely pleased with their service and I would hire Mr. Dulong in a second. Incredible work performance and outstanding customer service. A+++++

I moved my son to school in Cambridge. His U-Haul truck was loaded with some heavy items like a couch and a dining table. I found out his was going to an apartment in the 8th floor. 2 hours before arrival I found Dulong movers, they told me they would be there. When I arrived, they were waiting for us. They were excellent, polite, hard working, careful and they really knew their business. They were able to easily split the heavy furniture in smaller pieces and then put it back together in its final place. I was happy to find them. They moved all the contents in 60 minutes, I was looking at unloading for 4-5 hours. This was a home run!

My mother found herself having to move on short notice on the week of December 15th. She was
moving from a one-bedroom apartment to another apartment within the same apartment building. I wanted a moving company
which was fairly local. I found Dulong Moving and saw it had good reviews so I had Mom call them on Monday the 15th. Ken came by and looked at her belongings and gave her an estimate based on a three-man crew. While there was no travel or a truck involved, there would be multiple trips on a couple of elevators and they would have to box up her belongings. The agreed upon date was Friday the 19th.
On Tuesday Ken called to let Mom know that Friday would not be possible but whether Thursday worked. Since the movers would be doing all the packing, it did not matter. We had figured the move would be taking place between Wednesday and Friday of that week. On Wednesday Ken called to inform her that the third man was unavailable and whether a two-man crew was acceptable. Again, to us it did not matter as long as the move was completed on the same day.
Ken and his helper called on moving day to let us know they were on their way, and arrived right on time at 9 am. They brought up the boxes and between the two of them packed mom's belongings and moved everything. We had no issues, and despite the two-man crew, they completed all the work in four hours ? ahead of schedule.

Ken and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish! Ken was very professional upon first contact and cheduled a date promptly, quoting a flat rate for the project (inside house move). I explained that this might be a difficult job, possibly involving hoisting the bookcase to the second floor if it was unable to make it up the stairway. He came prepared for both possibilities. After trying to move up the staircase, they opted to hoist up to the second floor. However, due to the very large size of the piece we all agreed it would be safer to have a fourth person. Ken came back a little later in the day with a fourth person and they ended up getting the piece up the staircase. Did I mention this was a 9' wide bookcase made of solid wood? Very large, heavy and awkward. Ken and his crew were determined to complete the job- they must love a challenge! I was so impressed with the consideration each member of the crew showed to the other, with Ken leading the way. Despite the obstacle, the job was done with courtesy all the way and no additional charges were assessed other than for an additional piece I requested moved. I would call these guys again without hesitation!

The two person team arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and were ready to begin. They wrapped every piece of furniture in a shrinkwrap type material to help prevent damage and loaded the truck with the furniture and boxes in a professional and intelligent manner. They provided the service in the timeframe quoted (2 hrs) and the fee was as quoted. $80 per hour plus $60 travel expense = $220.00. They were both very professional and quick paced and got the job done well.
