Appliance Sale, Heating and Air Conditioning Service
They installed the AC unit and everything, The unit looks fine in the window. The technicians were nice guys but in a rush. I wish they would have taken a little more time to show me how to use the unit. They also could have offered to give me the box for the unit, instead they just took it away.

Appliance Sale
We bought it from Dracut Appliance Center, then they arranged for it to be installed and for the old one to be taken away. It was fine. We've used them many, many times and continue to go there.

Appliance Sale, Small Appliance Repair
Purchased Whirlpool clothes dryer 12/15/2011 from Dracut Appliance in Tewksbury.
Moisture sensor stopped working 10/2012, while the dryer was still under warranty. Dracut sent service people four times to repair it, the last was 2/14/2013. Servicemen replaced parts, they were polite and pleasant. The problem persisted.
After the 4th visit, I spoke to the service manager, Tom, who said his paper work stated that the dryer was
repaired, despite the fact that I had written on the repair form that I did not witness it working. Tom denied there was a problem.and was very unpleasant and unprofessional. He said "You like people coming to service."
Called Whirlpool, they suggested I make an appointment with L.A.R. Service Center in Wakefield. I did, and the problem was repaired.
