Danny is very professional and he is very good at what he does. He works with his son and brothers. They clean the floors, put up plastic to keep dust from blowing around as well, and then he sands. After sanding he puts on one coat of polyurethane on day one and then returns to put on one extra layer for extra protection. They clean up all saw dust and bag it. You can ask to keep it in case you want to create wood glue or putty.
He refinished about 1900 sq ft of hardwood flooring for me.
I plan to use him to add hardwood flooring in my kitchen which he also does.
