The actual work done was excellent. The pool was demolished and filled in, the shed and a superfluous brick wall was put in the hole and fill was brought in and used to cover it all over. I have no qualms with their work. The reason for the bad marks and not hiring them again is that there was supposed to be a follow up project to loam and seed the area. They did call me about it, but I was leaving on vacation, and told them I would call them when I returned to schedule the work. After I returned (about 10 days later) I called and left a message but got no response. I called several more times over a period of three weeks asking for a call back but never got the courtesy of a reply. This sort behaviour is extremely unprofessional and rude, but sadly, all too common with many contractors. Seriously, is there someone out there teaching contractors that ignoring a customer is a good idea? For this reason this company is now on my dark brown list of companies never to hire again.
Description of Work: They filled in an in-ground pool, and removed stumps from a tree removal done by another provider.
