Landscaping
The sprinkler system came with a 2 year warranty on all parts and labor. In the fall of 2011, I had the system winterized by another company (had sent an email to Camco to do the fall winterizing, but never heard back).
This spring I turned on the system, and one of the zones continuously ran during the entire watering cycle. I emailed Tim and despite 5-6 emails and 3 phone calls, he never came by to evaluate and repair the system. I did get 2 emails from Camco, that stated "I'll be there next week" but when asked to confirm a date/time I never got a response. This has gone on since early April. Tim did state he believed it was secondary to a poor "winterizing job" but of course he never evaluated the system.
Finally I gave up and ordered the part that I thought was malfunctioning (also told Tim what I thought was the issue). I have repaired the system myself, but I am totally disgusted with the customer service offered by Camco. I would never use them again. Companies that provide a warranty should of course honor them.
