My factory-installed CD changer quit working in my 10 year old Acura MDX. I debated on just getting by without it or replacing it with an aftermarket unit, or possibly fixing it. I found some information about removing the changer, opening it and removing the jammed discs. I opted for that route as the easiest and cheapest. I had been by AudioWerks many times but never went in. The place looks very professional from the outside and I stopped in one afternoon and asked the tech if he could remove my stereo.  To my surprise he said- "sure, let me have the keys". Within minutes my stereo was removed carefully and my car back in the lot. The tech told me he left the bezel loose so that I could easily remove it for re-installation. They also patiently answered my questions about possibly replacing the whole stereo system with a nice aftermarket system. The price wasn't bad at all and they took into consideration that we're talking about an older vehicle with a lot of miles and they did not try and pressure me or sell my some top-of-the-line (which they also have!) products I couldn't afford. They even told me if the unit didn't work after removing the discs that they could have it repaired and back in service quickly. Luckily for me I got the unit to work and back in the dash, but when I decide to upgrade to a newer vehicle and a nice sound system I'll definitely go back to AudioWerks. Great service by a quality group of guys. BTW they do audio systems for motorcycles too, very impressive stuff.
