The job was small, but he was here on the day and at the time he said he would be here. He was in and out in a blink of an eye. He spotted a situation that was a security issue, totally unrelated to his work, while he was working and made me aware of it. He didn't have to tell me, yet he went the extra distance just to inform me. It was nice of him to do that and I was pleased with him. His charge was inexpensive.
