 + 2 moreThey gave me an estimate of $200 and charged me $1900 for work that was done. He installed new tile on top of the old tile and the tile started coming up. He also put a door that was not the right size and the alignment of the lock with the fittings was off. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: M. J. Sullivan Painting did some work on a rental property for us. They installed lament tile in the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. They also painted the walls, put in a wood door and a screen door in our 1500 square foot home.
