Lima's Landscaping & Irrigation

I used this contractor for occasional  jobs. When he showed up he did great work at a great price, however it often took multiple phone calls to make contact and he did not always come in the expected time frame. This year he was supposed to do a fall clean up. When he didn't come, I called to confirm that he was going to come so I could get someone else if I needed to. He said he would come, but never showed up before the first big snow storm. I did what I could myself when I knew the storm was coming. Not only did he never show up, but I received a bill for the fall clean up. I called and left a message, but got no response. I emailed him 4 weeks ago regarding this issue and have not gotten a response. His work and prices are good, but unfortunately, I need someone who is reliable.
