I have 3 employees. I bill sub-contractors on Thursday and get paid on Friday and I bill homeowners differently. I do all fields of work like building houses roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks and gutters. I do demolition. Roofing, siding, windows and doors pay half up front and pay the other half when it's all done.
