Their prices are way over the top and they way they do their invoicing was not good at all. They expected us to mail a check based off text messages. I told them I wanted a bill or I wasn't sending the check. When they finally sent a bill through email the bill did not have the companies address or any other contact information on it. Very un-professional. Then he hounded me for the check. We did send the check and then asked for receipts and warranty information for the parts they installed. We this from them several times through email and text messages and they have not answered through either method. This is the second time I used them. Both times I ended needing more work than the requested job. Maybe that is just bad luck once but he was the last person to close the pool. The next season when he opens it the whole thing needs to be replaced. The only good thing they did is show up when he said he would show up. Regardless, I will not use this company again.
Description of Work: The provider replaced a pool filter and opened the pool for the season.
