Crew arrived and did a great job cleaning. English was not their primary language, but did not impact their ability to complete the job.

Lidiana’s team do an excellent job! They are always punctual and professional! We have a somewhat hectic schedule and they have been flexible to meet our needs. Maintenance cleans feel just as detail oriented as deep cleans!

I had a pipe burst in the bathroom and that led to a major redo. The construction team made a dust storm and mess beyond belief. Maria and her team was very punctual and even before the appointment texted me when had questions. That is so rare with anyone unfortunately. Maria & team cleaned everything in the apartment spotlessly. All the common hallways were vacuumed and mopped. When the tenants arrived home the were shocked and amazed on how beautiful and clean everything was. I can’t thank Maria & her staff enough for making this situation a pleasure.

Lidiana and her team did an INCREDIBLE job. My condo was rotten and now it looks (and smells) brand new. The attention to detail is amazing. Not only was it a deep cleaning but things were organized including my front porch which was pretty cluttered. That was a wonderful surprise to come home to. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone and am scheduling monthly visits with Lidiana. Thanks guys!

I am pretty picky when it comes to my house. Historically, house cleaners start off strong and then lose attention to detail. I have had some (NOT Chronicles) that have broken the vacuum, banged up walls/hard woods or just didn't clean well. We have been using Chronicles for a couple of months and so far I have been happy. I decided to write the review since I have had not so great results with other providers.

Lidia and her team were amazing. I came home from work and I thought I just moved into a new house. They did an incredible job and for the amount of time they spent at my house, the price was so reasonable! Lidia was a sweetheart and I would definitely refer them to friends.

We've been removing junk, storing and packing for about two weeks in preparation for a move/home sale. On top of that, nearly two weeks of New England rain coupled with two dogs running around the place - suffice it to say the house was a mess and didn't smell very nice either. Lidiana reversed all that in about 3 hours. The house looks great, smells great and is ready to list - we literally could have started showing the place the second she left. We've owned the house for 5 years and it has very seldom looked anywhere near this clean. We'll be bringing her back in every week to keep it up until the house is sold.

It went AMAZING. My house was spotless. She did a thorough job and took her time in every room. The attention to detail is something that impressed me, to even organizing my sons bookshelf (that he leaves a complete disaster) I have since hired her to conduct weekly cleanings of my home :)
