They came out and told us that it was a pretty easy fix and that we could do it ourselves. He said he could do it for us and charge us $65, but we could buy the part and do it ourselves. That happened another time when they told us that we could save money by doing it ourselves. We’ve had pretty good luck with them. I think it is great that they aren’t just coming out to take your money, they tell you what you have to do. We'll call them again. They didn't charge us much to come out so I'd say their price has been pretty reasonable.
