 + 0 moreEric is really easy to work with and conscientious. He did such a good job on the clean out and even brought things to us that he thought we might want (like a piece of missing banister from the upstairs!). They worked really hard on the floor in the kitchen as well. He left the place so neat and went above and beyond what we would normally expect.
Description of Work: Eric does demolition and salvage work. In my case, he removed the vinyl floor, subfloor and more vinyl tile from the top of the original fir in my Victorian kitchen. Then he demo'd all the weird thrown-up walls in the basement that served no purpose, and removed all the debris from the basement and the attic.
