After setting up the initial appointment with Wayne I received a call from Kristen. She went through my system with me on the phone and detailed what I would expect when Wayne came to the house for service. Yesterday Wayne showed up 30 minutes early and ready to get to work. He went through the system with me and patiently answered my questions which I appreciated being not fully confident that the correct set up was correct. Within half an hour he was done, everything was neat; not a trace that work was done. He also gave me great advice about using additional solar options around the house. he was punctual, friendly and professional. I will absolutely use them in the future and refer them to anyone that I know.
