I was more than happy with Jeremy and his company. He called me right away and came here the same day. I had no heat. He was so much more knowledgeable than others that had looked at the job. He is detail oriented, which I loved, and actually measured all my radiators!! No pressure, no bs. Got it done in a timely fashion. An upstanding and pleasant young man, as are Kyle and his team. It was such a pleasure working with all of them. Jeremy always answers my calls if I have a question, he doesn't leave me hanging! His price beat the others also. I am passing the word along to my friends and family. So happy I found them!!!

Both of these jobs were a few weeks in between, both handled well. Carlos performed work on both jobs. He is very personable and absolute pro. On time and efficient and left the work area spotless. He answered all questions I had and walked me thru all the work he did. I recommend MTS for anyone. I also want to mention Jeremy who handled all the calls and follow up. He also is very professional, friendly and I recommend anyone looking for quality work to give him a call.

I had stopped getting hot water on a wednesday. That night I called a highly rated company and left a message. No call backs (ever, even days later). After a couple hours the next morning I went on angie's list to look for someone else. MTS didn't even come up on a simple search for nearby plumbers. Their name came up only thru angie's new "home advisor" type search (where you have to put in your information to get contacted by someone). Immediately as I finished l, MTS had called me back. I googled them and they have great reviews online. They came out that morning, a guy named Carlos. Very friendly, got right to work, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. I can't really say if the price was super great, b/c I didn't get any quotes. HOWEVER it is a good testament that, when I griped about the price, Carlos offered to give me instructions on how I cld easily replace it myself and I cld pay only a small diagnostic fee. I imagine many plumbers would try to tell you how it wld be impossible to do for a homeowner so that they cld get the job. Carlos did not; his instructions seemed easy enough to follow (if I had the time). I took his honesty there as evidence of an honest price and hired him. He did a great job and I had hot water soon enough!
