Lumber Liquidators sub contracted out Bob Lancellota to install laminate floors. He had to put in 500lbs of cement in order to level the floor in the living room, which I had to pay $500 for. The $500 was only for the cement and didn't include labor. He dried the cement with a two small fans and didn't allow enough time for cement to dry before he put in the lament. After he did that, I saw that their were dips in the floor and he told me I had to wait three weeks for the laminate floor to conform with the cement floor underneath. I then noticed that in the bedroom, the closet door wouldn't open, because he didn't shave it down. I informed him of problem and when he came to do the living room he shaved down the closet door in the bedroom. The laminate floors on top of the cement had to be taken up a week later and I noticed the cracks in the cement that were 5-ft long. When weight is put on the cement it breaks. I contacted both Bob and Lumber Liquidators about problems and Bob said he would have to charge me more money. I contacted Lumber Liquidators and the contact person that they gave me told that I am not covered under the warranty. The men at Lumber Liquidators told me there was nothing they could do. I then went back to Bob and he said that he had done me favor in the beginning and told me he charged me less then what he should have, and informed me I will have to pay more. I wouldn't recommend Lumber Liquidators or Bob Lancellota for any job.
