I called Nelson at 11:30 this morning. I am having the kitchen floor redone & so needed the stove & dishwasher disconnected. It is now 2:06 and not only are they out but my toilet is working better too (no charge)! He was neat, cleaned up after he was finished and also took great pains to ensure that no damage was done to my hardwood floors & granite counters. Very personable.
