Appliance Sale
Technician new about an ongoing issue with this model and had upgrade parts necessary to take care of the issue. I was shown the old and replacement parts involved with the water draining trouble with this model unit. It was explained to me how the new parts would improve water being drained during the defrost cycle and that freeze ups would no longer be an issue.
