House Cleaning
Fantastic Cleaning "cleaned" an almost empty house, to prepare it for sale. I said I wanted it in showcase condition, and Joe Rocha (company owner) said absolutely, no problem. They were 1/2 hour late, refused to do the windows (why didn't they tell me this ahead of time?), didn't dust under furniture, left dust on window sills, inside of empty cabinets weren't cleaned, floors were washed but not rinsed, so can see mop lines, had to be prompted to vacuum under the bed, and dusted around things and not under and between. This ia very small house (800 sq feet) and 2 people were there for a little less than 2 hours. At $150, that's $37/hr per person. Pretty good money for poor service. I can clean poorly myself - I don't want to pay $150 for it.
