"I am a professional inspector with many years of experience in home construction and as an inspector. I care about my clients and always provide time during a home inspection with my clients for an informative walk-thru. That is a good time to ask questions, provide my opinions and most importantly, provide recommendations for safety before occupation takes place. It was obvious from the beginning of the Inspection that the member was not engaged with me, preoccupied, more interested in measuring for furniture. My recommendations were included in my reporting. It later became obvious that the report was not fully read to fully understand my concerns, warnings and recommendations to address before occupation of the home. I had told her that I don't understand how any of the bathroom and heating appliance work could have been accomplished with a permits and work approval. I then made my recommendations to have the appropriate trades people further evaluate conditions before signing of escrow and occupation of the home. Apparently she did not follow my advise and did not call me fer review."
