Very well. There were some issues later discovered which were not pointed out. The inspector being a little more thorough would have saved me as the buyer thousands.

Steve inspected a home we were going to purchase and he was remarkably thorough and very professional. We knew it had some problems but he showed us the true depth of what was going on and thanks to his opinion we decided not to buy it. Had we not had someone so knowledgable we would have purchased a real money pit of a home. We are still searching and will be using him again when we find another house. I can't recommend him enough. He saved us a ton of money and pain and it was worth every penny to not make a terrible decision.

I was in a position needing an inspection on a house I am in the process of buying. Due to scheduling conflicts on my end there was a need to get an inspection done quickly, Steve was able to schedule an inspection within a couple of days. He was early for the appointment and went thru all of the systems of the house pointing out many things that I had missed. He was courteous and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the inspection and upon completion I felt as if I knew what I was getting into with the house. He spent about 2-1/2 hours and went thru every area of the house inside and out

Steve is EXTREMELY thorough. He put about 3.5 hrs into the 3,000 sq foot home we are purchasing and spent a lot of time explaining nuances of the house. It was the first time I have worked with him and we came away very impressed with his professionalism, overall knowledge and attention to detail. My realtor also took his card and plans to recommend him in the future.
