They will do what they will have to do. He comes when they say they will come. They are responsive if something breaks, like your air conditioner. I have never ran out of propane gas, which I have with another company, and that is why I fired them. Every single pipe in the place would have froze. He was there and he called somebody, and called them. I think he knew.

It was perfectly reasonable. He was in and out, and was a good communicator. He was fine. He did really well. He was easy peazy. He was thorough, he cleaned up. He did what he said he was going to do, and he didn't leave a mess. He was polite. I use him for all my HVAC stuff.

We could not have asked for a better team of experts than Columbus Energies! They were professional and respectful as well as having a family service style connection with their customers! They even went further to get us the absolute best price in town! We have been customers with Columbus for a while now , we have them take care of all our heating,cooling, and oil/propane needs and I can say they are there 100% for any need ANY time! I just can't say enough about this company! They are the best!

Columbus Oill has been delivering oil and providing service to our burner for several years. At the beginning of February, we noticed our expansion tank on our boiler was filled with water and there was some leakage on the floor near the burner. As Moe was repairing the boiler, I inquired whether it would be worthwhile replacing our 40+ year old furnace with a new one. He was open and honest with information from his experience with newer furnaces, their efficiency and potential cost savings. He volunteered to have Steve from the home office give us a call if I wanted. Steve called the next day, we made an appointment and he gave us a bid 2 days later. We gave Steve the go ahead on the Monday after the major snow storm and power outtage. He appologized for not being able to set up an appointment as they had over 150+ calls from people with heating problems, but would get back to us in a few days. He called on Friday and set up the appointments for Wednesday and Thursday of the following week. They showed up at the expected times. They delivered the new furnace and water heater on Wednesday and did as much set up as they could without cutting off our heat before quitting. On Thursday, they removed the old boiler and water heater, had someone remove them from our property and installed the new system. They did an excellent job at the installation and cleaning up after themselves. The new system works great

Home owner was out of town and service co. worked with elderly father. After several consecutive trips the unit still was not functioning properly. Home owner returned and repaired unit. Servicer did not leave the old parts but suspect that unit may not have needed the parts.

The installation crew was pleasant, quiet, and efficient, taking care not to make a mess. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and removed all debris from my home by the end of the day. At the end of the day, after installation, Steve took the time to explain the operation of the boiler, controls and indicators, and provided my with the manufacturer manuals for the installed products. Since installation, Steve has taken the time to return two phone calls to answer my questions. In closing, I am very pleased with the no pressure estimation process, willingness to answer questions, prompt service as promised, and the post-installation condition of my home. I highly recommend Steve's Heating.
