Terrible customer service today. Paid them $200 for delivery. Table showed up damaged. I called, waited 15 minutes on hold only to be told that they would replace it, but not discount the delivery fee. I feel like there was no appreciation for my customer troubles. Delivery guys were great, but not the store customer service.

They have a nice selection. The sales people are knowledge. The atmosphere is nice and it's near by. We'll be going back to order some for our new house in a couple of weeks!

We have been pleased. It was a used mattress, but it is fine. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

They were okay. When we have bought furniture in the past, we always get a call to see if we like it. We didn't get that from them.
