The clock was delivered the same day and we were told someone would call us to come calibrate it. We did get a call and within two days the clock was calibrated. The delivery men were careful and courteous.

Things went well. Nice leather and chair/ottoman for a very good price. Our saleswoman was not too pushy but was odd in her demeanor and obviously new at sales. But she handled everything just fine.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE CHAIR IS AN ANTIQUE AND LOOKS LIKE IT IS BRAND NEW. THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO REMOVE MY OLD FURNITURE AND TO CARRY IN THE NEW. IT WAS A GOOD OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
