Doug emailed me back almost immediately and scheduled an appointment a couple of days later. He did an excellent job and explained some things about the piano I didn't know. Very highly recommend.

Doug tunes our piano semi-regularly. We don't use it as much as we used to, with our daughter out of the house now. We works carefully and is terrific at his job. He has a great ear, and always leaves the piano sounding great.

I have him on a regular schedule; he comes out every six months. He is busy and is not always easy to get; but part of that is due to my schedule, too; however, it is not bad. He knows what he is doing and he does it nicely. He recommended the company that re-built my piano.
