He was very superficial, and as a result there were huge problems that were completely missed … cost thousands and thousands of dollars in damage. When I talked with the founder, I could see why they do it – that’s their business model. It’s just a casual inspection.

Of course, anyone buying a house - especially if it smells moldy and asks - should know that the value of a house can range from no issues all the way to a dumpy moldy money pit if there are real mold issues. Mr. Stephen Roberts never responded to any of my emails or phone calls afterward. He was punctual and on fairly short notice - however, I feel we got short-changed in one of the most important transactions of my life.
