Description of Work: I CONTACTED MR. PERRY TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON INSTALLING A WOODEN SWING SET AND RENOVATING MY ATTIC. HE CAME OVER TO LOOK AT THE WORK AND THEN NEVER GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE.
