fHe first replaced/ repaired some wooden gutters before the painters did the house. He then replaced rotting floor boards on 2 porches, broke up and removed an old disintegrating brick porch and replaced it with a wooden porch to match the 2 other porches on the house. Following that he installed a cobblestone walkway for me, replacing a nonexistant sidewalk to the front porch.
I will be using him in the near future to install a new bathroom window and 2 cellar windows.
He is much more than just a carpenter, proficient at many kinds of jobs, such as roofing, siding, tile work, cabinets.
