Description of Work: Completely remodeled the Kitchen. All new ceilings and flooring in all were new moulding in living/dining and hall area. All rooms painted. New plumbing in kitchen and bath. New tub with new shower system and newly tiled bath area. Complete new electrical in whole condo and new lighting throughout. work.

 + 13 moreAll of the projects went very well. Sam provides a cost-efficient estimate, sticks to the estimate he provides, stays on the job throughout and follows up to ensure successful completion. We recommend him highly.
Description of Work: We have known Sam for approximately 15 years during which time he has done excellent work on the following projects: complete renovation down to studs of a dark dingy kitchen to a bright efficient work space; attic conversion from a low ceilinged warren into a family room with panoramic views, wood floors, porthole windows and skylights, a true delight; major repair of rear covered entry to basement now dry and safe; removal and installation of a large wraparound deck elegant and durable; roof replacement on a large center entrance colonial;replacement of 14 leaky windows to energy efficient draft free windows. The last project was completed in November 2017 the first project was 15 years ago.

 + 2 moreSam was great with suggestions and chose terrific tile and layout that is classic and beautiful as well as not slippery. Finish work very well done. Sam also was great at communicating the plan, the next steps and thoughts about needed things vs what would be nice but not necessary. He was very timely and work was well done. He's on our list! I don't have any finished pics but did add one during the work.
Description of Work: Elderly parents needed to consolidate all living area on one floor. Moved laundry to first floor as well as gut and reno small bathroom to remove tub and make walk-in shower with built-in bench. Plumbing had to be moved from one end of tub area to the other, drain moved to center. all fixtures replaced, room insulated for noise reduction. some modifications needed due to code. Hall closet adapted to allow access from bathroom.

 + 3 moreThe job went awesome. Some people have a lot of money they want to put into their house, I told Sam that I had a limited budget, and he really worked hard to stay within it for me. Sam has great connections with a plumber, an electrician, plasterer, and a painter. They all work so good together. Very neat also, they cleaned up each day when they were finished.
Description of Work: Sam has done 3 different jobs for me over the past few years. The latest and most noticeable is my kitchen. He remodeled my former 1960's kitchen into a beautiful kitchen. I gained a few more feet of counter top, we choose quartz, white cabinets and stainless steel appliances and an under the counter sink.

He also showed me a portfolio of photos of home renovation projects he has done. I would use his services again for a wide variety of construction and renovation projects.
Description of Work: Sam replaced a deteriorating roof section on our house. His thoughtful analysis of the problem, and his presentation of options and possible materials at different prices, helped us solve this tricky problem. He kept the entire area neat and clean throughout the process.
