Sam was great with suggestions and chose terrific tile and layout that is classic and beautiful as well as not slippery. Finish work very well done. Sam also was great at communicating the plan, the next steps and thoughts about needed things vs what would be nice but not necessary. He was very timely and work was well done. He's on our list! I don't have any finished pics but did add one during the work.

The job went awesome. Some people have a lot of money they want to put into their house, I told Sam that I had a limited budget, and he really worked hard to stay within it for me. Sam has great connections with a plumber, an electrician, plasterer, and a painter. They all work so good together. Very neat also, they cleaned up each day when they were finished.

Sam is intelligent, knowledgable, professional,l and a pleasure to work with. The roof project was done quickly and it looks great. He also showed me a portfolio of photos of home renovation projects he has done. I would use his services again for a wide variety of construction and renovation projects.
