"I do apologize again for this. Unfortunately the unforeseen circumstance is an immediate family member has become extremely ill and requires emergency services and my assistance. I wasn?t going to go into all of the details because it is a private matter. I really wish I could have helped but I am desperately trying to make the living conditions habitable for a sick loved one while they are in the hospital recovering, if they are able to recover. This was not a personal slight or something I could have controlled. I feel bad that this happened and can?t apologize enough. However family will always come before work and that is what it is."
