Description of Work: The company is trained in many areas of property inspection indoor air quality, home inspections and say they will provide timely and honest reports of your needs. My need was for a wet moldy firnished basement and the best way to find out what type of mold was growing recomindations to help me know what should be done to fix the problem and keep it from coming back. so I could if I so chose too use the report to help me with my landlord on the best possible way to address the issue. MR Hogan arived on time with a smile on his face shook my hand and begain asking me questions on the problem where it was etc . He then took air samples inside and out of the property, took pictures of my basement colected mold samples and used very professional equipment to do so. he also checked the rest of the home quickly and asked me any questions he needed or again I had. There was a profesional contract to sign for his services which he explained completly to me and did not say just sign here. He did not rush the inspection was polite profesional and got me the report in a timely manor and told me I could call him any time with any questions about the report etc , , Hogan and Associates have numerous credentials and certifications and our a top notch at what they say they can do and there are honest in there reporting as that was it is a professional report. with recommendations they do not refer you to anyone it is your choice what do do from there with the report for what you hired them to look at again I can only speak for my problem but they did every service they told me they would perform and sent a professional looking and well written explanation of what was going on with my problem
