They seem very honest. They answer any questions that I have 'cause I'm a new pool owner. They pretty much answered all my questions that I had. I did use them for work to come and close my pool and they were very good at that. They did bill me improperly even though I had their service for blowing out the lines. They improperly billed me for the full service of 400 something dollars but they did correct it. That was an issue but he immediately corrected it.

We found Heritage because we got terrible service from B&L Pool in Uxbridge. We had B&L open the pool at our new house and the pool was a disaster. B&L did basically nothing to help and have below average support and feedback. Found Heritage thanks to the fact they were actually open 4th of July weekend. We brought them water samples and pictures and within 5 days they were able to help us get an algae-filled pool clean and clear and ready for swimming. Every time we went in they were willing to take the time to answer questions and give instructions and overall they really seemed like they cared. Heritage has definitely won our business and I would recommend them to anyone with a healthy pool or a disaster pool. Either way they'll be there for you.

We had contracted with Heritage to have a new pool liner installed. While we were waiting for the liner to be installed, the pool pump was starting to have problems. It wasn’t serious, so we arranged with them to do the repair when the liner was installed. Well the pump was starting to have serious problems so I called them to tell them of the problem and see where we were on their install schedule. There were a couple of jobs ahead of us, but they would try and get someone out there . It seemed like within an hour of talking to them, someone showed up and repaired the pump. I have found this company to be knowledgeable about what they sell, pleasant to work with, and willing to provide good customer service.
