Eaglestar Security

The work was perfect. The owner came out himself, and he was great. He was very prompt. We have no problems. I have recommend them to friends and will continue to do so.

I "met" Eaglestar  security Systems through a rather interesting series of coincidences, and I am SO glad I did. We were VERY unhappy with the local alarm company that we had delt with for over 30 years...service calls  became intolerable and they were NOT at all responsive, and monitoring fees increased yet again. I decided it was time to cut the cord.
I did my research on Eaglestar and was very interested in following up. I called to discuss my needs with the owner, Chris Yacino. I found him very professional, knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and so I scheduled an appointment for installation. I think I waited all of 2 days until he appeared at my home to install my new alarm system. He was very punctual, thorough, clean, again very polite and knowledgeable and he was very responsive to my needs and offered other suggestions that did NOT cost extra. The work was completed in about an hour or 2 at most and his explanation of how the new system worked was easy to understand and THOROUGH! 
Bottom line is that I could not be more pleased with my decision. The price was excellent as was the work and subsequent tests I did on the effectiveness of my new alarm system were passed with flying colors. I had looked into the large, nationwide providers but quickly decided that I didn't want to deal with a huge monitoring service and that I preferred someone more local and smaller. This was a wise move. Monitoring fees are MUCH more reasonable than my old company and I am confident that service will be simple to schedule and I won't have to wait weeks (and have them not show) as I did with my first company.
I am confident in recommending Eaglestar Security Systems and was very pleased to have the owner do the work in my home.
