Estimate was provided in a timely and professional manner. Arrived as scheduled. Several different work crews came. None of them knew exactly what needed to be done and despite my efforts to explain it to them, communication was impossible. Office person was rude, and didn’t follow through with the assistance I needed until I refused to pay my balance. Crews left tools at the end of the day, paint had run off and got my newly stained decks white. One year later, more work needed to be done and some of the work they completed did not hold up. Man who came out to do the estimate one year later said they had no record of fixing said areas. Will never hire again. Beware!
