 + -1 moreI called and he came that same day. He spent several hours working on things, giving me advice along the way about what to do in the future. He also was very straight forward about some issues. ("You'd be better off calling Dell directly and have them replace this rather than pay me to sit here and try to figure it out."). He tolerated my kids being in the same room he worked in. I was sure his bill would send us over the top, but I feel like we got more than we paid for.
Description of Work: I needed computer repairs beyond my capability and also some trouble shooting help.
