Flooring
I asked them to replace the saw-burned floor. They said they would, but they never did. They were also going to remove the carpeting, and they filled up my dumpster with that carpet, instead of taking it away with them. My biggest concern, was the burned tread and lack of vent.

Carpet Installation
We had done business with their predecessors in the same building, who did deliver, unroll, and place the carpet to our liking. Their customer service ethics were not very strong. I expect more when paying a premiium.

ONLY FLOORING SUDBURY MET ALL OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE CARPET DELIVERY FROM FACTORY TO THEIR STORE WAS A BIT SLOW, BUT THEY KEPT US APPRISED AND THEN DID WORK RIGHT AWAY WHEN CARPET ARRIVED. EXCELLENT WORK ALL AROUND!
