Andover center is very clean. Many rooms have radiant heating or their own bathrooms. Rooms are large and bright, and playgrounds are broken out by age group and are excellent. Center had a bit of a revolving door issue with teachers and management (how different this is against the industry, to be honest, I'm not sure) but it sometimes felt like you were just getting used to a teacher and they were either then switching rooms or introducing a new teacher. Company itself seems a a bit top-heavy management wise which probably contributes to the cost. Days are very structured (which we liked) and our son learned much while he was there. Our son loved going there and would look forward to it everyday. Center is pricey -- we were looking at 12-15K per year to send him there for a 9-10 hour day. Overall, would use again, pros outweighed any negatives.
